Welcome to a creative workshop for children where we draw inspiration from current exhibitions at Form/Design Center. Together with educator Anna Zingmark, we explore form, materials and ideas through playful creation.
On this occasion we are inspired by the exhibition Plastbantarnaoch giving new life to old fabrics and reducing the use of plastic in the kitchen. We learn how to make our own beeswax sheets — a sustainable alternative to plastic wrap. Feel free to bring a piece of waste fabric from home (thin cotton only), decorate it on the spot and turn it into a practical beeswax cloth that can be used again and again.
Welcome to Form/Design Center — the meeting place for architecture, design and arts and crafts. Experience exhibitions, seminars, workshops and screenings. Visit our bookstore and design shop. The house is open to all, Tuesday through Saturday.
Form/Design Center is run with the support of the Ministry of Culture, the City of Malmö, Region Skåne and Statens kulturråd. In 2018, Form/Design Center was designated by the government as a national node for the designed living environment.
